Based on your physician's orders and our evaluation, our licensed personnel can provide you with the following services at your own home:

Skilled Nurse 

Monitors your overall status and reports to your physician. Additionally, monitors medications, does lab work, performs wound care, maintains specialized needs, and provides instruction on diet and safety measures

Home Health Aide

Provides personal care and assistance with your daily living activities

Physical Therapist

Provides physical and functional rehabilitation in ambulation, safe transfers, prosthesis training, and cardiac or respiratory rehabilitation

Occupational Therapist

Uses specialized techniques and equipment to restore your ability to function optimally

Speech Therapist

Assists in restoring speech and swallowing ability

Social Worker

Provides information on state funded and private agency programs that offer assistance in finances, housing, medications, meals, as well as home-maker and companionship programs

State licensed & Medicare Certified. Qualifications of a patient for home health service: patient must be homebound and need one or more of the services above. A physician's order is also needed to participate in a home health care program.
